This is fixed, was missing a part. Metal rod clip that connects shaft to the reverse lock when shifted into reverse. $12 fix. Thank you.

My 25 HP ESHX 99' Yamaha is having problems with reverse lock. Simply, I cannot get the reverse lock to engage. Any pointers? Thank you in advance.
