I think it is called Trim Screw. From reading on here I believe this is the way: Insure that the shaft has not moved ( probably not likely but it could). If it has moved it has to be repositioned...

Was the fuel pump rebuilt or replaced? If rebuilt it is easy to rebuilt them wrong. If you got a new one it should be correct.
All I can tell you is " my 150 came without one and there is not a place on my engine to install one".
Think.........can you stop it ( not pull it......your riding lawnmower will pull it)? On a steep ramp or slick ramp will your boat pull your vehicle in the drink? It happens more than you think!...

You will have to talk to manufacturers of your chargers. I think they will bump heads. Maybe a spare battery and solar charger just for second bilge pump.

To my knowledge you don't fill to top line on dip stick. I have 150 HP and about 3/4 on dip stick is full for my engine. Get Don's comments on what your doing.
