Glad you are well. What an ordeal!
We've had previous hatches of cicadas in my part of Indiana, but it has never been very bad at all. Other areas near me have been inundated with them. It will be interesting to see what develops this...
Good luck with the surgery. I am likely going to have my left knee replaced in the near future.
Quite a fish!
I was getting a bit of water in the center rod locker when I first bought my 2015 Caracal, if I was fishing in the rain. I just tightened the latch some. It stopped the leak.

My wife had a 2013 Equinox. It was a great car. Just oil changes, tires and battery was all we did to it. We traded it in when it had just over 90 k miles.
Sherm at Sherm's Marine, just south of Wabash is excellent at rigging electronics.
Sherm is a top notch Mercury tech. I'd highly recommend him. I live two hours away from his shop, but always have him do all the work on my engine as well as my boat, if anything needs work.

-1 east central Indiana.
My wife got hearing aids from Costco about a month ago. So far so good. Our cost for those was $1500. She went to an audiologist here in town prior to that. Their cost estimate was $6000!
I do the best with Texas rigged worms or lizards and shakey heads.
I used to fish tournaments, I quit maybe 20 years or so ago. It just wasn't fun for me anymore. I still fish a lot though. The only place I've had issues with tournament anglers is Kentucky Lake. ...

Can't complain at all about our mail carrier. She is very helpful and really takes care of any deliveries that have to be made to our house. She and my wife have become good friends.
I'm 77 now. Everything was great until a few weeks ago and now i have lower back pain that just won't go away. I guess I've been lucky. the Good Lord willing, the back pain will get better and I'll...
I've got one out in the garage somewhere.
