Went over everything troubleshooting with HB support and they believe the problem is the Ethernet switch. They are sending me one for assisting them in confirming the problem.

Yep, checked that too! 13.5 vdc.
One other thing is everything is showing up correctly on the Network with IP address, etc

I agree! It appears I have something going on with my switch though. My unit is not even picking up the 360 transducer with it connected to the Ethernet switch except that one time.

Yep, I tried that and went through every combination on the Ethernet switch involving only the unit, the switch, and the 360! One time after being left alone for maybe 30 minutes the unit picked up...
