Foils are a bandaid for a bad set up. Champs don’t need them.
The old style is better IMO. I have the newer one and it's leaked a few times, never had that happen with the old style.

The 4 strokes prefer smaller props. I've tested everything from a 23-26P on a 300 4 stroke. A 1fitty starting point is gonna be 19-21 or smaller. The Fury/Champ combos prefer the 3 blade Furys.
Every hull is different, on the water testing is the only way to tune your set up. Start with all the plugs out and add/subtract as needed. The Furys I've tested on 4 strokes prefer them all open.
Take off/weigh in is out of Henderson but you can launch anywhere you please. Any of the closer ramps will have BCB reps there directing traffic and keeping things smooth.
