I called Ranger parts with my HULL vin#. While they were easy to install on my 2013; the pedestals are still a little loose / wobbly. Slightly disappointed that they're not more upright and rigid.

Yes the control is flush mounted. Installed at factory by Ranger. Lower unit has never been off of the engine. Engine has been 100% flawless for five years. Warranty thru April 2019.
