Once on plane I can reach about 67 to 70mph and rpm about 6k, if I raise jack plate too much it over runs on rpm like it should. So no issues once I'm on plane but getting there is my issue
Yes it is struggling to reach rpm, I have tried different props from 24 to 26 pitch and tried no plugs in prop and plugged one at a time to all plugged. If I remove the plugs it cavitates
