Also be aware that the two cone angles cannot be displayed at the same time. You have to adjust the transducer from forward to down and vise versa.Only one view at a time.
The PS30 can be pointed down, forward and rearward internally thru software adjustments from the mfd.
Recon what the last item means? Added partical support for the GT54UHD
The m stands for medium chirp
The GT50m comes in either TH for thru hull or TM for transom mount.
I looked at the one your talking about. If is compatible with your unit it is a heck of a good...
I have run both and the Lowrance is way easier to see in direct sunlight than the 2 GpsMaps I have with or without the sunglasses.
I have not used the 8000 series so they may be as good or better.
I understand. I had it in my mind you was talking about the Data bar which would take up a lot of space.
Just curious why you would want it on both. Seems like it would use up a lot of screen space.
I don’t have it on either.
Your going to like it
Have you used the Livescope since the picture was taken
Not trying to correct you
I just see so many post where folks buy units without researching them only

If you fish where there are a lot of stumps the transducer If protected better on the shaft.
Yes where ever your trolling motor is pointed is the direction you are viewing.

They move from the right side toward the left as you get closer.
Almost sounds like your transducer is pointing backwards.
Im not sure there is a flip option. Mine is off the boat right now to...
I bought the 90* mount and put it on the trolling motor. Used it twice. I had absolutely no interference before I installed it. I tried it twice and took it off. To much interference. Not sure if it...
I have a Express HD 16DDP that I ran a 25HP Yamaha on and it ran really well. The boat has no storage except a little compartment up front. I liked it because of the floor space and nothing to step...
If they did not give you the paper work with mounting instructions you can go to Garmin site and find the Livescope . At the bottom of the page pick manuals. Then pick insulation instructions. It...
It might be worth your effort to move it up on the shaft. Safer there.
It’s roughly 3.5’ at 10’
add 3.5’ for every additional 10’ Of distance
20’ distance would be 7’ beam width etc
I just use 3m and have never had a problem
Personally I thought all electrical tape was waterproof but maybe not.
Yes they do take trade ins but you will not like the offer at all. Better to just sell your units.
