I have a Garmin 10" screen and LSV32 transducer. If you had only one option to choose, would it be a bigger screen, for a better view or upgrade to the LSV34?
Topwater Popper doesn't get used very often. More walking baits, buzzbaits and whopper ploppers.

Rookie mistake and that type of penalty has been handed out before on those types of situations.
That kind of penalty is common for that type of infraction.
