On a new 250 XS [2hrs] what should you get for a engine temp when running in water temp of 40?

Has anyone tried a 4 blade Power Tech prop? Setup would be on a A211 with a 250 XS and a 10 in set back.

Its on a 2009 Z20.

Got on the water today, everything ran fine. The only thing they did was seperate the plug wires from the water lines. So maybe it was a fuel problem. Thanks for all your input.

Yes to all of the above. It will run fine at any rpm above an idle and it will not stall out at idle all of the time.
