Love my ZX but planning for I-class. Not for any other reason but why not go with a little smoother and nicer trim
strap under, always. Bow eye up against roller whenever possible, More power or set the trailer a bit deeper. If it is not ensure the strap is tight.

Same boat but I get some in rear boxes. I think it is coming from screws that hold box to deck. consider adding silicone at the screw points under the lids
If looking at FX why not consider I class? That would be the comparison if you ask most
