Well....Got nothing at that point either, however, the alarm that goes off immediately when started is supposedly oil pressure related, and not an overheat alarm. Apparently, the small oil reservoir...
10/4.... so it's a different point to verify the pressure. I'll post the results when I get em, thanks
how is that "actual water pressure "different than what the gauge in the instrument cluster reads?
zilch.... Haven't tried the sensor hose, what would that indicate?
Disregard that statement, I was misunderstood about the location of the strainer..... If the hose that runs to the compressor is removed off the nipple side of the strainer there is water pressure...
Do you have any other suggestions? Checked that, not plugged. Literally have no water pressure, no tattle tale
Do you think that could be the problem, even if there appears to be good pressure on the block side of that strainer?
Excellent thank you I'll let you know how turns out
So if I take that apart to inspect them is there way to clean them if they're obstructed?
Cleaned poppet valve, it didn't appear dirty....
Can you elaborate on how to access those passages? I can't find a suitable diagram online
I do know the l/u has low water pickup, idk if that has any effect on those passages.... That doesn't sound like a DIY job
Running it in tub, can't see the what's coming out the hub, have already double checked the water pump installation.... May be time for a trip to mechanic
Removed the strainer and cleaned it, it was only a little dirty but had no effect on the water pressure, any other suggestions?
Believe it or not, the ole man had the sn# in his pocket... Lol 1B903677. Model 1251P73ED250LXSTM. It sounds like that may be it. He's been fishing in the Marsh for 2 years and never cleaned it
I don't have access to that and won't be able to get it for a couple of day's

Looking for more speed, wondering what type/ pitch prop are recommended for this rig
Yea the motor would die unless I pumped the bulb, I changed the pulse limiter and fixed some minor fuel leaks at the vacuum tee... Seems to have fixed the probs for now... Thanks for all the help
Ok so I swapped the bad hose for a good one, and now I don't appear to have proper fuel pressure..the bulb will not stay hard. If I hold pressure on the bulb it slowly goes empty... If I give it gas...
