I'd set my max water depth to about twice the max water depth you expect to encounter. Helps sometimes.
I keep mine at 80.
Now you know why I don't like, and don't use, shoot through...
I can't get hummingbirds to sit still long enough hook anything to one of the little devils.
Might try some Humminbird electronics.
Sorry. Couldn't resist it.
Dots don't mean anything other than a reference for you in adjusting. The motor could be mounted anywhere on the JP, or the JP anywhere on the transom.
Raise it a 1/4 or a 1/2 and try it out. ...
It really ain't necessary, but if they both are the same age, battery no. 2 is probably on its last legs also.
I ran a 2002 just like that until 2020. Never any problems. Best I ever got, flogging the snot out of it, was 68 GPS. Ran low-mid 60's consistently heavy loaded. I assume you have the 3 liter...
If the dealer is convenient and can get on it, let him solve it.
My bet is battery or wiring or connection.
Are you coming to Lake of the Ozarks, or just Ozarks in general?
Big boat traffic is starting to pick up, and LOZ is a hell hole when it does.
Pomme de Terre, Stockton, Truman, Bull Shoals are...
Yep. Red for movement bait rods. Black for drop type rods. Yellow for my 8' rods. Either flipping sticks or long crank bait rods. Once they hit the deck of the boat, I know what rod is what.
I saw that boat. I kinda like those gray and yaller boats. Of course those are Bass Cat colors.
Skeeters are red, black and white.
Now you got to trade trucks. You can't tow that boat with...
Two choices:
Either use the Velcro lure wraps, or take off your lures.
I do neither. I just take off my treble hook baits. The rest I leave on.
Good incentive to re-tie.
IMHO. If you have bought and installed FFS and it isn't helping you catch fish, you either aren't using it, or haven't spent the effort to learn to use it.
I ain't no "scoper". Doubt I ever...
If you read the editorials in the current Bassmaster magazine, you will see Bassmaster's position.
IMHO, it will not go away. Some regulation will surface.
Not all braids are the same IMO, even with like diameters. Now, "most all like diameter braids" might be similar, but there are a few that are definitely much different than others on the market. ...
Sounds like you are a little low on RPM's.
Rather than reaching for your credit card, suggest raising the jack plate a little.
Heavy bow is always a problem. I fight the same issue in my...
Mega Live, 360, Target Lock here.
Yes, they have helped me catch fish.
IMHO, just one more tool to help. Sometimes they are shallow and I'm happy. Sometimes they are deep and I'm still happy....
General note/idea: I have started using industrial type Velcro to mount stuff in my boat. No holes to drill and it holds like a bandit. Especially good if you're not 100% certain where you want...
It's 20 year old trailer. Likely damaged in the wars.
You can buy a license hanger at auto parts or AZ.
The real question is, or should be, if you have an inflatable, why aren't you wearing it.
I'm a believer. 77 years old. Fell in last year, 43 degree water. Fishing with TM down. I'm convinced...
Since either you or your dealer changed the latch bar and now it doesn't latch, I think that area is where I would start.
I don't think the app and the latest Android updates work together.
I have somehow found a kluge to get the Ionic app working on my S20.
1. Open the app.
2. Select a battery. The app should...
If that is all you are tying to do, you should be able to come off the factory bus bar. If you don't want to do it that way, just install a switch.
Are you trying to power off at the main switch...
I ran mine down the port side to Blue Seas fuse box in the center tackle locker. Don't have to mess with the mess on the starboard side.
There are wire loops (at least on my ZX200) underneath...
I agree with DrewFlu on this one.
After a few days fishing, they all seem pretty much the same. I stick with PP, 832, SpiderWire, BPS, X5, X9, whatever is on sale. The last few spools I have...
