I have a bob’s plate and got the V-20 at Mooties how do you have your boat setup Craigccoo
Because with live wells full and 3 people in boat and running in only 2-3 feet of water I cannot get the boat on plane.
Has anybody moved there batteries to the front of there boat all the way forward in the rod boxes. 2 on each side.

I have a bravo 1xs and it works great in 25 pitch block every other hole.

I have the Minn Kota Fortress 112 with the built in transducer can I see my drop shot with that transducer or do I have to get another transducer and mount it on the trolling motor.:eek:

I might have figured it out, plate all the way up get moving till about 1500-2000 rpms and hit the throttle it planes off in about 7 seconds. After I hit the throttle I start bring the plate...

I had a 24pitch fury on the boat. 6000Rpms and 69-70 mph. Same problem with hole shot . I switched to the bravo because the dealer that I bought from told me that four V-20's are using the bravo 1xs...
Plate all the way up , trim all the way in,after on plane 5900 rpms. Gps 68-69 mph. Using bravo 1xs with 8 vent holes all holes are open.
Yes I go to Florida for 4 months of the year.
