Try one bulb per fixture. My fixtures were close enough together and the led bulbs were brighter than the old bulbs.

It looks like your axle is hitting the trailer frame. It may be time for fresh springs.
It’s mostly water due to boost, low intercooler temp and high humidity. A little oil in the intake from the pcv system mixes in and it looks like a lot more than it is.
