^^^^ ONLY correct plug.
Engine tank should be 100% full with no air space present.
See the FAQ Section "Bleeding air from the Engine-Mounted Oil Tank" provided you have at least 1.5" of oil in the engine-mounted tank. ...

Just a guess, but did...
Gotcha. See what they find in their inspection. I've seen at least one crack right there at 12pm... but not the fractured/lost material.
You may also want to look at 10w30, depending on what portions of the season you use your engine in. Pretty much if you'll use the engine at temps below 40F it's probably a good candidate for the...
Yes
There is no Mercury Part Number for 3" bolts. They must be sourced elsewhere.
Sure. Strap a fuel pressure gauge to the engine, and have someone monitor it for you (better yet, shoot a video of it) while you run it on the water.
Looking to see if fuel pressure drops right...
Did you go to Page 94 and make sure your system is set up for Water Pressure?

I've seen a few that got #2 or #4, but it's much more common to see #6.
With 2 or 4 it's usually more of an "abusive" situation (ie... never even tried to warm it up, or thermostat simply held...
Refer to engine break-in. Mainly the first 2 hours, then operate normally. Good idea to change gear lube somewhere around 20 hrs.
Loosen the manual relief screw and if necessary, apply your weight to the gearcase to assist it in coming down. Avoid backing the manual relief screw out more than approximately 1.5 turns.

Nope... can't even get junk ones for that, usually.
Service manual has resistance tests listed for the plug wires- very handy to be able to test them while still on the engine (have caught SEVERAL this way).
Good news is the latch mechanism in the upper cowling is pretty much a full replacement system. Make sure they double check the fuel line, keyswitch harness and clean-power harness to verify it's...
But have you checked to make sure it's STILL that tight? Loose nut, or some type of hub failure are suspects.
Try ZERO-TEE-392318 (the first character MUST be a digit).
Additionally, starting in the July 2005 range, the Racing and the ProXS versions were the same powerhead (including electronics and fuel system) when comparing same shaft length models.

Either would come with spark plugs, coils and wires in this case. Depending on how you run it, what additives (and how regular) you use, and how much idling it does, you may simply need to replace...
How tight is the prop nut?
That particular failure is something I would have to see in person, or at least have pictures of all related surfaces (inside and out, as well as info on prop nut...

Look between the VST and Intake (Fuel Management). There's a stop screw that can be accessed as you were told (LONG flathead screwdriver).
And disconnect/check those battery connections. Always start at the source....
Very limited on that side. What you can see are O2 figures LIVE, or where fuel trims have exceeded their preset max parameters.
How many hours do you have on this engine at this point?
