Looking at Garmin for my new boat and looking for information regarding the echo map units vs the GPS map units.

Yes, you can purchase it from any marine supplier. I ran a hot wire straight from the battery to a switch and then from the switch to that bus bar. The switch turns the power on and off to the bus....

Steering wheel hub is pretty universal I think as long as you buy a marine steering wheel. The fuel selector knob is kinda pressed on tight, you will have to pull and twist while holding the bottom...

I replaced the bulb with LED bulb. I took the assembly apart and cut the pole down to the length I wanted.

+1 on the direct wire from battery. I always rig my electronics with a direct connection from battery to a switch that powers all my graphs. Never had any issues.

The brand name is Gussi. They make one with silver spokes. Price was $130 I think check ebay.
