The eagle ET 4 or the signature Drag 4? Looking at these for my set up in a 14.5X 28. Which do you think would run better? I've ran a 26p Pro ET and liked it but was on the limiter at about 82. I...

Or Willie with the treble hook.
Those dogs have a handler. The training is done by someone else. Chances are, you will never hear of this happening to the actual trainer. Handlers can make mistakes and cause the dogs to react...
Use contact cement. Inject a little, push carpet down to transfer glue to carpet, wait a few minutes, then roll it down.
I have a merc and a fatshaft, thus, Fatshaft Merc.
 :yesnod:
Rothwell marine will exchange a prop if it's not the right pitch.
Get a 25p, the odd pitches run better out of the box for some reason. :confused2: I've never had a problem with lift out of a trophy, except one 26p that was a turd across the board when I got it. ...
Less. Plug one at a time .
That information is useless. You need to properly measure your PTP so you will know what it needs. You may be too low and have speed and rpm's to gain with the prop you have.
I'd try a different prop. Some props are turds in stock form and it sounds like you got one.
Contact Mark on the boards here, he makes one out of aluminum and he'll know what to do for the etec.
I start with no ring and all solid plugs. If it needs a lil' more venting, I'll pull one plug at a time.
Yeah, the trophys had a bad rep about going deaf a long time ago. The newer ones aren't any more prone to it than any other prop. I have always had my prop b&b and I think that helps.
Yeah, that sounds good. I'm gonna try to make it. I have a buddy here in tulsa ( Scott w/red and white 20' w/300 yammy on it ) that was telling me about the ft gibson get together. I have a 27...
I must say that my curiosity is peeked. I'm thinking about trying a 28 ET.
3.5" below the pad.
But still dishonest. What difference does it make WHY they are dishonest?
I'd see if I could find a 23 trophy. A laser 2 is not the best prop for that boat, it runs best on smaller (17'ish) boats with less than 150 hp. It's not worth putting any extra money in it to have...
Trophy.
Go weigh the boat. It could have waterlogged foam in it.
I'm glad you "took it really easy"  on your partner. I'd like to see how you drive by yourself. :bows: What did HE think of the ride?
I wouldn't ride with you...
:thumb up2: I seen that. I have a 26 pro et and a 27 promax I'm playing with right now.
What blew my mind was the amount of fuel that the blackbird LEAKED  until it got to altitude when everything got expanded and sealed up. Crazy stuff. 550* surface temp at speed.
Come on to tulsa. I need a 20x30 shop built on a concrete slab.
