bullet 21 xrd 300 merc xs 15 in rapid jack what prop do u recomend

just picked up new 21 xrd with 300 and sport lower unit what is best setup for this rig i no every rig is different but there has got to be a good standard setup

how do u measure to find out how much above pad to run motor
