I'm about to pull motor/jackplate for a transom maintenance re-seal. What length are recommended for the 9/16" bolts? I was going to just replace the bolts, washers and nuts from jackplate to...

Get the heads resurfaced and new gaskets. It's obvious the water has been trying (and did) to get through the gasket from the pics.
