Somewhere between then (blowout) and now (bogging) is the happy place. Takes a little time to find it, but I usually start yanking plugs until I find blow out and then put the last combination back...
Review your setup.
Nothing like a transducer blocking water flow?
Do you have another plug? Duct tape works to test.
Known good prop? Little bit of tip cup makes a difference.
Or start...
