Updated my Helix’ and now my 360 won’t work, Helix recognizes it but 360 won’t activate, just perpetually says “preparing pod”. Anybody have this issue or more importantly have a fix!? Thanks, Warren

Yes it is networked and yes I do have an open port (running 2 5ports). So on the Gen3 you can’t connect straight to one unit if it’s networked? Only connect via 5 port?
