Mercury 250 PXS only weighs around 515. If you’re concerned with weight that’s a much lighter option. I run the 225 V8 and it’s been a great motor for me

Thanks guys! I think I’m going to try the kayak plugs as the overflow holes are fairly large

What did you guys use to fill the overflow holes? I’d like to keep the water cool throughout the day vs constantly putting hotter water in there because I move a lot and it’s continually coming out

I’ll just say that my new triton has the seadek on the middle compartment lid in between my seats and that thing gets hot as crap. I was going to put it in my floorboard but second guessing it now
