Pretty sure I've been through all of that. I'm going to the lake this evening and will snap some pics of what I got.
This was on my new boat, I pulled it off before I ever put the boat on the lake

We're talking Lowrance Point 1 on a humminbird.
Threads here say it will work, I'm trying to figure out if I am missing something because it isn't working on mine. I can use the point 1 for the...
Point 1 was on the boat, dealer or Basscat installed it. I would swap it out for the humminbird AS GPS HS puck that I already have but the Lowrance puck has a hole pattern that is wider than the...
Has anyone actually done it? All I'm wanting it to do is give me heading. The solix, both of them actually, are reading the point 1 on the nmea network but it won't let me select them for heading....
Thank y'all, not so young anymore. We hit the 40 mark.
A bit of sad news, I sold my Bullet and bought a new cat. I wanted to get in something with a little wider deck and got a really good deal on...
Eh, you go into it knowing it is going to be a pain.
It is still the best place to sell stuff. It gets more eyes on it than anywhere else. You have to be able to read what is BS and what isn't. ...
I didn't know the ammo pouch existed, will be ordering one, but the battle box is the best terminal box I have found. Not a fan of the bass mafia box. I was constantly having hooks slide under the...
I think I'm doing to try the 125ah ionic and parallel another in if needed. I have a buddy running that battery with an Apex 19, Apex 13, Garmin 126, LVS 34 and 360 without problems.
It would be for starting as well. If it is going to be close I'll just add a 5th battery, was trying to avoid that if possible.
To run a Solix 15, Solix 12, 126sv, LVS34, Mega 360 and livewell pumps all day with no problems?
Crazy how different boats can be. I put a CB Marine foil on my boat and it was unreal the difference it made.
Avid Power 1/2" impact from Amazon $85. Is it as good as name brand one? Nope, but it has busted loose every lug nut I have put it on.
As long as there is a way I'm good with it.
I've had mine out since I got my boat. The fish do very well in there even in warm temps. Tournament directors at the bump tank always comment on how lively the fish are.
Didn't know about it or I would have got up and watched it. I saw a shuttle re-entry once before and it was pretty incredible. The speed at which it crosses the sky from horizon to horizon is nuts.
You don't need "propulsion Plus" for coverage on a lower unit impact. Propulsion Plus covers your lower unit if it has a mechanical failure without impact. The collision insurance covers it you hit...
From the threads I've read this might be beating a dead horse. Is there anyway to save/store waypoints on my computer that doesn't screw up the icons? I guess I could export to a SD card and then...
I also find it easier to setup on waypoints based on wind direction when the graph in on North Up.
Technically yes but I'm not sure how the unit decides what to do when your boat is pointed one direction but drifting another.
I keep mine on north up and never have to worry about it. I find it...
He probably has the first top level win using livescope/panoptix
Kind of a valid point, but with all those other pioneering techniques someone could still compete doing something different. You didn't have to do what they were doing. Now you do. Nearly every top...
8612 is the head unit number.
LVS62 is the saltwater or extended range transducer. It has more range but less detail.
If you are asking why use the 8612 over say an Ultra 2 or 1222, the 8612...
Maybe the influx of tourism will turn some of the local businesses around. I haven't been in a couple years but I hear a lot of them are running down pretty bad.
Fork isn't what it used to be but it is still Fork. TPWD still puts half a million florida fry in it every year. They hit the timing really good this year. First wave should be moving in right now....
