Idle RPM if tach is accurate is about 800, 650-700 in gear

oh okay, I was under the impression there was suppose to be a clear sleeve around the black roller
after doing some reading aren’t I suppose To have a clear piece over this throttle linkage roller?

Makes sense, I was Mainly measuring for some kind of consistency across the pins and it was all over and not all of them read anything. Replaced timer base, still no spark....very frustrating

Yes it has a jack plate I set It @ 3.75 below pad to start. Have not had it on water yet may have to lower it back down right away I dont know yet lol
