    2016 Mercury Pro XS Skipping at top end.

    2016 Mercury Pro XS 250 HP . Serial#2b12187 Motor runs and starts fine. Drives fine up to about top end. When throttle is to the floor I reach top speed of 52 and the motor kind of skips and drops...
