Yes. Metalogic. They built a ladder for my 95 488VS. Looks Factory. They've been building ladders for Rangers for decades.
Just do the hardware store. That's what I did. 1/4'' ID about 1 to 1 1/2" OD. Easy

One pull partially broke as well on my 95 488VS. I looked everywhere I could think of. Ordered a set of 1 3/4 too small and set of 3 " too big. I ended up using a jig saw for the 3''. All's good.
