seems like a lot of people are starting to understand that life is very short and there’s more to it than working all the time , I think Covid really changed that mentality for a lot of people

It’s alot easier to get rid of any employee right now, union or non, than it is to replace them , most places are running short staffed right now due to lack of qualified people

maybe Bill Lee’s company , the Lee Group, will vote to unionize, they’ve now grown into East Tennessee since he’s been governor
