What plug wire? It’s at the shop now
I’ve tried different props 1 vmax no vents and a prop tech or whatever with vents
I’m gonna drive a couple hours away and take it to a Phoenix dealer and have them look at it and hope it’s warranty work
Checked it last night it’s 3/4 of the way between full and low
I looses the bolt all the way one day to see if that helped and it didn’t is that the same?
How can you check the hot foot? I adjusted it a soon as I bought it and it’s been to the shop the tech was supposed to check hotfoot and spark plugs but he didn’t seem to bright didn’t know what ptp...
bought a used boat it was 3 hours away and only a small lake to start it up in. After getting home and driving the boat I almost couldnt get it to plane out 8-10 sec or more hole shot with a 24p vmax...
Had it checked out it was just over propped 21p pushes it just fine
Had the ptp set to 3 1/4 going to down size to a pt 21 pitch prop and see if that helps
I appreciate it I dropped it off to get looked at. I’ll have them check
Just talked to phoenix they said set the ptp to 3 1/4 and make sure the prop is completely plugged
I didn’t think a prop can change the rpms by 800-900 and when it has the recommended prop on the boat
Small body of water holeshot was bad but I never got to run rpms up. Thought lifting the jack plate and smaller prop would change it. Jackplate and Phoenix people told me that a 24p is fine.
