This may be the best plan. It may take some heat to bend the adjusting tool.
That's my biggest concern. I had a wheel cylinder apart today. There is a depression inside that looks like it would trap air with it mounted the way I was thinking.
I'll check that. Never really paid attention to that.
I am in the process of installing new 10" hydraulic drum brake assemblies on my trailer. The trailer has a drop axle. Due to the position of the drop axle risers and the leaf springs, there is not...
Agreed.
My Force does pretty much the same thing. It did it before and after I added Steadycast. I don't think Steadycast has anything to do with this issue as it is simply an electronic compass and should...
I have this same problem. When I get the no active captain card message, I very quickly pop the card out and back in several times. I don't take it all the way out, just push it to release it, let...
I ordered it last week. I tried to order it online the day I received the flyer but it didn't come up searching for the item number. I called them and saw while I was the phone with them that the...
I believe it is the GT54. I never unpacked the transducer as I am using it for Livescope only, so I don't know for sure which transducer came with it.

I already ordered and received this unit, and it most definitely comes with a transducer.
I ran 2 Echomap Plus 93SV's from a dedicated battery. It was an old group 24 lead acid marine starting battery that I replaced last year, now 4 years old. Last year, the voltage would drop to 11.7 or...
That looks sharp. Just ordered a pair.
How is everyone routing their Livescope transducer cable from outside your boat to inside? I am guessing a hole saw large enough that the cable connector will pass through, but this will leave quite...
Might want to take a look at this thread.

Quite often, if I am moving at a decent speed, I will activate anchor lock, have the motor spin around to start backing the boat up, then deactivate and reactive anchor lock again. This seems to stop...
Any thoughts on Anchor Lock? Mine seems to move in random directions, sometimes several feet, from the spot I set the anchor lock at. Watch the video of a Force deployed while the boat is on the...
What you call a clamp may be a 2 piece connector for the transducer plug. You fit each half in place and it snaps together. It is threaded and screws onto the orange fitting on the unit. Should have...
You are correct.
A short update. Removed and opened the vapor seperator tank. Removed the float and needle valve. Float was not saturated and the needle valve and seat looked good. There is a small metal tab on the...
Thanks, Joe.
I have a 1996 Mariner 150 Magnum EFI, 0G397616, that has at least an intermittent fuel leak. I was able to locate the source of the leak. The leak is from a hole in a fitting on the back of the...
If you only network 2 units together, and nothing else, you only need a network cable. If you get a regular ethernet cable, make sure it is a crossover cable and not a patch cable. While you can use...
