Sorry my order was wrong

engine sat unused for years, rebuilt pulse pump, cleaned VST and replaced lines before trying to start

I also did the oil pump prime sequence before initial start up

Yes sir the washer is there, I checked parts diagram. It appears to be correct bolt? But it’s kinda odd it’s threaded the entire length is that normal?
