Going to Sonar/Max depth, taking it out of auto, and setting max depth to 50 feet, did the trick for me. Thanks for the suggestion!

I should add that in my case anyway, it was fine until I updated the unit and installed Smartstrike card.

Interested as well. Mine is doing the same thing. 360 scan is super slow, and side imaging rate is slow also.
