This prop came on a boat I purchased. Nice condition, small shaft. 250 shipped. I can text pictures.
225 pro max with Less than 3 hours on rebuild, I installed an alien cowl. Torque master gear case. Very nice and clean motor. 7200.
Came off a 2016 boat. Less than 10 hours on it. Very clean and nothing wrong with it, just upgraded. 250 and I would rather not ship. May meet someone with a couple hours drive.

26 trophy is the old-style trophy with the big hub like the bravos. Had the prop balanced and blue printed by Billy Eaves, had 4 small vent holes added. Prop is in excellent shape. 450 shipped.

Been reading a lot of post since the purchase of my G. So far it seems the tempest runs better with a 2.5. I know a G (outlaw)i ran back in the day with a 150 ran over 70 with a 25 tempest light...

Based on what I'm hearing, those 250 and 300r's are difficult to prop. Decent speed with power poles i think. And running 100 with a stock weigh bullet even with a 300drag is good running.

Not sure if I'm understanding what you have. Are the cracks on the top cap or the actual transom? Some think cracks on the top cap is the actual transom but it's not.
Finally got my water pressure guage replaced and raised the motor to 1 1/4? above the pad. 1/2 tank of gas and fishing gear(8 rods and large tackle bag). Best run was 87.1 but hole shot was not good...
Running the 250 the 32 bc performer was the best prop for top speed and hole shot. 1.75 gears and hole shot was pretty good. Top speed was 100.4. With the 30 top speed was 97. Never ran a performer 4...
Reduced to 450. Case is in very good shape.
Came of a 225pm. Case/housing only NO GEARS. 500+ shipping OBO.
The norris was me by myself but I did have all my gear and troller. The motor was stock and was told by a couple of norris craft guru's in east TN that my norris was the fastest 20'er with a stock...
OK i've got most of what i need to hit the water. 225pm with sporty and a few props to try. 3 different 28et copies, 29 3 blade spinelli, 26trophy, and a 26 tempest. I was told to run it 1 1/4 above...
