Looks like some add on switch or after thought.
Diaphram fuel pump will cause a bogging issue as well also not pumping up the primer bulb before every start will also cause a bogging issue.
I just ordered some stuff from the rod room and anglers work shop and it will be here Saturday.
I use pro Kote epoxy and pro kote high build for thread and pro seal for CP.
It has been said no more than 8 inch as that's what i just put on my 190 as was told by Pat.
I use a rotary rasp on my hand drill to ream out I just run it slow and sometime backwards.
...
Was planning on it but don't look like im going to make it, health issues not resolved yet and parts for outboard not done yet.
That almost looks like bondo where those cracks are, almost like it's been repaired before. Bondo will not last it will break and crack an fall out on a boat.
If boat is loose then it's fast, hence the chine walking. If you have a jackplate you can try raising motor up 1/4 inch and it may or may not take most of the chine walk out. But loose is fast.
I like cork handles as well, but my hands turns the cork black after awhile as im a mechanic by trade. The last couple rod's i have built have been winn grips from winn or the MHX brand from mud hole...
You have to have a garmin folder on the sd card and you get that from the sonar unit, if you put in a fat32 formatted sd card into you garmin unit with unit turned on it should pop up asking what to...
You have to format the sd card with the garmin unit so it makes a Garmin file then load the update on sd card and turn garmin unit on and insert sd card and it should load.
That's great to hear ...continued prayers her way :praying::praying: Thanks for the update...
Yup 12 foot cables is the normal lenght as you can go to a 6 inch plate if you go to an 8 inch plate you will need 13 foot cables and i see no reason why cable won't work on a hydralic jackplate.
Those look awesome great work..
Just got my shipping notification from NFC saying they where shipped today...only been 3 months..
Thoughts and prayers Lea's way...:praying::praying::praying:
December 17 I ordered and still no show..
Just telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth, why beat around the bush....lol
Looks like transom is no good, needs replaced.

Does it still have the idle stabilizer on it?
I ordered 2 deltas Dec 17 and have not recieved them yet...
I would check to make sure your getting full throttle...if hot foot especially....i turn a 25 tempest 6000 on my 190 with 8 inch plate and 200 xri merc....
Yup no registration numbers makes you wonder.... Is this boat local to you or did you find this on craigs list?
