That is happening to a lot of the T1s. It happened to mine. Yamaha replaced it with a T2, free of charge. Make contact with your dealer to get the process started.
Update!!! As of right now, adding a ground wire has corrected the issue. Not really sure how it worked fine for 2 years without a ground wire, but whatever.
I checked last night and the solenoid did not have a ground wire. I attached a ground wire to the solenoid and feed it through the hitch and attached it to the trailer side ground stud. It was late...
Thanks for the advice. I will triple check everything before taking it apart.
Has anyone ever changed the lockout solenoid on their trailer. I have a 2015 E-Z Loader with a A60 actuator. My breaks are locking up when I try to back up. I've checked the fuses on the truck and...
Thanks, I'll give it a try.
It's stuck on the old prop. What's the easiest way to remove It? It's stuck solid. Should I just order a new one.
I received my new T2 from Yamaha. When I went to put it on, the castle nut would tighten down past the holes for the cotter pin. I had to put 2 washers between the castle nut and the thick spacer...
I've been having the same problem. I did find a vent hose was sagging and caught between the tank and livewells. I haven't been out since, so don't know if it fixed it or not. Some people told me...
I got it to fit. It's amazing what using the right flat washer will do...lol
Thanks for your help guys.
I'm gonna try 1 last time today after work, if I can't get it I will go that route. Personally I think this is ridiculous, it shouldn't be this difficult or I'm just that dumb...lol
Thanks Randy. I'll try it tomorrow.
I think i tried the flat washer that came in the kit. I figured they were the same thickness, I'm guessing the aren't???
So if I use the yamaha thrust washer and the thrust spacer from the kit, I can't tighten the prop nut enough to get a cotter pin in. I was going to post a pic of my thrust washer but I can't get it...
looks i may need the 835274Q 1 hub kit and add the hub bushing.
Then I need a different hub kit because I don't have a 2 piece thrust washer. Do you know which one I need?

Is this correct? Without the original thrust washer. Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure it's correct.
I found your post. That talks about a 2 piece thrust washer. Mine is 1 piece from what I can tell. So remove the yamaha thrust washer and use the one in the kit correct?
Will do. Thanks
Yes that's the one. Instructions call it a hub bushing
So here's my next question. Do i put the hub bushing in or not.
Yeah I just want to make sure I don't mess something by removing the original thrust washer and putting the thrust washer spacer on that came with the kit.
That's the one I got. If I leave the original thrust washer on there and put the spacer over it. I can't get the prop nut tight enough to put a cotter pin in. I watched a video and it showed to...
