Jan, thanks for the info. The back of my switch panel is sealed, so that won't work. Not sure what year they started sealing them.

Also have a 2002 520vx and have a 16" Live mounted on a balzout mount on the flat portion of the fiberglass console to the right. Much more stable than the Ram mount.

I've found the down view much easier to use than the forward view, but haven't used it a great deal this fall.
