find a 34-36 pitch 4 blade bravo and lab/thin it. that should get you closer to where you want to be.

That motor is still running today no probs... It's just hitting the limiter that hard. 6250 comes quick on any lightweight boat with these big torque monsters.

Oh I understand that , some of the bass boat guys might benefit from nose cones and solid mounts things like that though

The Injectors are different on the sleds. slightly different design to allow for more revs. and yes 8200 is where they peak.

7400 is where the injectors can't push anymore fuel and go "unstable".. So that is the true max RPM if you can map it up that high..

well from what i'm seeing the whole software package is different because there are additional features that the G2 has and needs control of such as the power steering for instance.

Never mind they do communicate differently. New software and everything Gotcha ;)

Yeah i think your tach is about a grand off there. plug your computer into it and see what the EMM says for Max RPM's spun.
