Look under the "step" at the rear of the boat. I would bet you have a thru hull SS transducer mounted there
I don't know the setup of your house but making it a split return system would take the noise out of it.

Motor mounts, just found that my whole midsection is cracked
Pull the lower unit and look at the shift shaft seal. It's easily identifiable as it will be covered with lower unit lube
