Recently upgraded 2 Gen3 HDS 12s to new HDS 12 live units.
Installed new 3/1 transducer and reused through hull for running speed depth reading.

perfect, new sonar is round like the original. Just surprised to see the Humingberd logo on the cast nose cone.

Just installed new Sonichub2. Installed NMMEA to existing backbone, powered the Red/Yellows wires and secured ground.
Unit will not power on (no Green LED)..

took possession of new boat with 2 12” GPS Map 2020 units at console.
when using GPS and working structure, the screen constantly turns and I have to move off the structure to again proper...

Have a compression test completed by independent marine mechanic (unless you are equipped to perform yourself).
Check the cable on the Fortrex. Mine failed twice and stripped the spindle 4 times....

Just got the boat back from the shop.
Problem was due to worn/failed diaphragm in fuel pump. All covered by Merc warranty.
if you having this issue stop playing around with small repairs like I did...

the hull is amazing, handling, storage and deck space are amounts the best in the industry. This is my 3rd Nitro and I have had no complaints...

Bison2312, did you find the primer to be empty when you had the motor quit?
strange to find the tank pressurized and fuel line empty.
Originally I assumed it was an air leak in fuel line/primer.

Update, the local ASC identified 2 pinched partially broken wires in foot pedal. New control board has been ordered.

Hoping this is the case with mine as well. Its in the shop now..
