When it's rough out I leave the 206 at home and take the Ranger. No matter what you do the first generation hull is not good in rough water.
Also the 209 is 2nd gen hull. Hull design Changed in...
Sorry guys small issue. Finalized today. Want to clean up before photos. This boat is dirty. Will have some for weekend.
Cheers.
Well it's here. 97 blue on blue. Silver stripe. Thanks cdnstroker for the advice. Only issue transom has been repaired by someone who didn't do properly, looks good but when look harder starting to...

Will know now tomorrow if I will be getting my 3rd boat. Stroker with 200 optimax. I think the Gambler and Ranger are going to be pissed. LOL. Keep you posted.
Anyone have a wiring diagram for live well auto manual switches on a 393 Comanche? Even a picture under the console. The boat I have live wells never worked someone has made a mess under there.. ...
Sounds like the motors to high. Lower motor down and see if bow lifts. Make sure your not over trimming.
In my opinion parting it out can be a pain and long waiting for buyers. I just purchased an 05 175 optimax for $1000 complete needs compressor and complete service. Which ever you decide will cost...
Alright I used 3/16 on standard holes with 3/4 grip length. On worn holes I jumped up to 1/4" with same length.
Good luck.
Not yet. I've called the retailer I got them from they are looking into what I used. Will know by weeks end.
21' won't be enough. Remember all compartments rap around and you want to keep the same direction and flow of the carpet. My role of thumb measure and add 5'+.
16oz is standard on most boats.
Cheers much appriciated
Bought a boat from insurance company. Does ranger put a second spot for serial numbers? It's a 95 393.
Thanks for any help.
I'll look around my shop I might still have some to get a size.
Ya I have done this to mine. I used a over sized rivet stainless steel, can't remember size, make sure you use a pneumatic rivet gun to get them tight. A hand one won't work good enough. Good luck.
Flo-rite pump out aerator valve
Here's what I used when I re-did mine

Yes have had the same issue. Took vents off and get someone smaller than you to get hands in there. Replace everything overflow lines and fittings as well. I had to do mine twice as I didn't do...
Looks nice always liked those trailers. Sweet ride.
Nice looking boat. Go get it.
Oh ya should also tell you I put that boat on a diet it's as light as I could get it.
I have a old 206 with a 225 supermag (promax) on it. Motor height prop shaft is flush with the pad. Run 40 psi water pressure f.t. Also running surfacing propeller.
Found 1.86 work best on my boat and setup. Have tried 2:1 and 1.75.
Always liked my sport master. Works great. Have ran both torque master and sport. Torque has more bow lift sport has more stern.
