Will trails duplicate when transferring from unit to unit using usr versions? I’m pretty sure waypoints won’t duplicate but not sure about trails. Thanks.

I just shipped a rod a couple weeks ago. 2” pvc tube with glued on end cap and plastic test plug on other end. USPS $26 with ins. KY to FL. Make sure it’s under 8’ in length.

I’ve got it tied on to one of my 873’s now. I’ll give it a try. Fishing open water with lots of grass. It was between 873, 893 and 853, just wasn’t sure. Figured my 894 and 854 would be too stiff...

What would be your favorite NRX casting rod for weightless flukes? Most likely reel will have either 20lb fluoro or heavier braid tied on. Lots of grass.

Fished 7 hours today using AT1 exclusively and not a single problem here. Loaded updates last Tuesday morning and did ‘restore defaults’ on both units. No issues.

Personally, I would try “restore defaults” before I did a hard reset. It worked great for me. AT1

I’m betting that if they are not purged, they are in the units memory. If the HDS is sold and connected to another HDS, the waypoints will reappear on the other unit at startup.

I guess I never knew this. Mine have always been connected by Ethernet. I only enter and delete waypoints from the console graph since it’s closest to my Point 1 and considered the “master” unit. I...

I just keep a small microfiber cloth in my pocket for my sunglasses and screen, same as Randy Howell, lol. Very rarely do I need the liquid screen cleaner.

I may just deal with it. The image quality and less stitching are very much improved with the new update. I would hate to lose that if I rolled back.

Are there any enhancements you lose, when you roll back? I’m running the newest update on AT1 and it will say no source occasionally but it lasts less a minute then resumes on its own.

Usually trolling motor wires are on port side. I’d stay away from them and run electronic wiring on starboard side. jmo
