Been there and done that. Ended up exchanging mine through motorguide. The new one works like it should.
Got a tour pro 82 24v
First was in shop for months and finally got it exchanged thru motorguide.
This replacement unit works great like it should, except for a whine in the motor around 5-6...
Yes the new tour fits on the new tourpro bracket
Yep i agree with this
Consider yourself lucky with no issues.
Not sure but be prepared to possibly have to have it in shops for month like i am now. Sucks.
Thats your issue. Mine was low on harbor freight gauge. Good compression on a rental gauge from auto parts store
Gee what a mess. Rev H was supposed to be the best now its no good?
Try m114. Factory reset code im pretty sure
So the motorguide tour pro is an untested P.O.S.
Whats everybody else's experience on it? Mines been nothing but problems. Out of return period so stuck with the service guy here in town which isnt...
Electrical of something. Had ecu checked out? Thats what id be doing.
What issue were you having with tour pro? And what did the process entail to get replacement? Just curious as id like to try to go that route. I dont want another brand as i think the tour pro would...
Yes hopefully. I sure hope they dont pull some dumb stuff and void warranty for removing cable sheathing, especially after recommending ensuring no cable twist. How can one tell if theres twist for...
Seems like mine corrects after a bit also? Ill take it into service and it will be worse tham before is my bet.
Youre having the changing pedal tension issue too?
Anybody have issues with the foot pedal tension feel changing? Noticed it gets super stiff after anchor lock. Steering sensor issues? Have the motor removed and going to take it in next week
Its off and the fortrex back on. Taking it in next week. No idea how the guy will replicate the issues. Expecting him to say nothings wrong, but something definitely is. Got to start somewhere though.
Yep having issues before that. Removed part of factory sheathing to ensure no cable twist and put the neoprene on to cover cables after. Only one zip tie on the cables and its no where near snug.
Yes having the issues before that.
Ive tried it all, got it off and the fortrex back on. Taking it in on monday for service. No high hopes, the o ly guy here in kansas has "never heard of what im experiencing".
Having same issue with foot pedal tension changing on its own. Did you wver get it fixed? Mine will be really light and jumpy, just right, or extremely hard to turn right. Comes and goes, changing...
Anybody had the steering sensor in their tour pro go bad or cause issues? Having issue with inconsistent pedal tension, from really touchy to really stiff. All calibrations and screw adjustments done...
Having an issue with tour pro.
Pedal was jumpy, even after tons of m284 and m285 calibrations and tension adjustments. Plenty of play in pedal and no shuttering when using remote directions....well...
I had not seen that, but have tried allthe pedal calibrations and screw tension adjustments without much luck. Seems to work decent if i back the screw way out and put a ton of play in the pedal....
