Have a 2003 Stratos 20XL ProStar with a 8" hyd jackplate and a 250 SHO on it. Measured the length of my trailer from tongue to prop tip and it was just over 26'. Hope this helps.

Must be a big difference between the 54 and 56. Installed a 54 on the trolling motor using the Echomap Plus 93sv and had no problem. I noticed the 56 is larger in size.

Looks like i have no option but to update to a UHD model.

Looking in Garmin Express, Echomap Plus software version is 13.30 is the latest. Echomap UHD is 15.10

Installed a new GT56UHD transducer on the boat connected to a Echomap Plus 93sv. Software was updated to 13.30 prior to this. Upon initial power up the prompt indicates unsupported transducer...

You may get ahold of this guy. He hauls a lot of boats and trailers on Scream and Fly. He may make you a deal if he makes a run up north and has to come back empty.

No not the water pick up on the nose. There are two lower water pick up holes under the nose cone or bullet of the lower unit.

Don, have a 2008- 250 Pro XS, S# 1B722484. Just replaced the plugs with NGK 1ZFR6J and gapped them to 0.034" as the sticker indicated. In searching around the forum, i found where you indicated...
