This is about where I'm at as well. The only time I wish I had more space is when I'm going catfishing and want to bring a larger ice chest. But then I just strap it down to the back deck and let her...

Making me feel like I'm not appreciating our weather now!
Went up to Toledo Bend/ Sam Rayburn this weekend and it was so miserable we ended up only fishing Saturday and said no thanks for Sunday. Between low water at Rayburn, cold, windy as all get out, and...
I've only had duals(not bullets), and fished out of a few friend's singles (also not bullets) and don't care for them. I never carry enough tackle to need the additional storage or space to justify a...
Looks like they did, there was no other traffic on the water when they made this pass.
This is no different than running in your own local waters where you know there are hang-ups. You drive around the problems. We've got so many cuts that snake through the marsh that are only 15-30'...
If you snapped the lug and stud off the I'd think you can just remove the other lugs, pull the hub, remove the old stud, and install a new one?
We got the 300R hung last week and are looking to get a vented cover for it. Are they the same cowling as the Pro XS? They look similar but I've never seen them side by side to see if there are any...
I spoke with Tim last week and we decided to go with a 1.75. We have 1.62's on the SHO but because of rpm differences we're forced to reprop with either gear set so decided to roll with 1.75's.
I ended up calling Tim after posting this and we're going with the 1.75. We've got a worked 32 hill cleaver we'll run until we can get some more props on the way. We'll probably end up doing most of...
We'll be hanging a 300R on the back of the Stroker soon and we're curious to know what you would choose. The 1.6 or the 1.75 gear set and why? We're running 16" of setback. Boat is used for almost...

My strokers fall off plane sub 25mph without one. They haven't provided much use outside of that. But I'll keep them on full time just for the convenience.
Call Hydrotec Marine, they can give you a list of options.
I had two props this style and couldn't get more than 3-5 hours out of them before I'd start seeing cracks on trailing edge. They weren't terribly running props, just didn't like the height and trim.

Sold, pending payment.
I've got a Sho lower with LWP mod, mercury fatshaft, shortened HPDI Driveshaft (16" mid), 1.75 gears, and CB Marine hydrofoil. I also have a matching HPDI Mid shortened to 16" with solid mounts and...

Was the only change to your setup the tune? Did you raise the limiter to 6400 or 7000? If you just went with a stock 300hp tune then I'd bump up to around a 27 and see how she likes it. Might be able...
That's why I'm replacing my recently slung bravo with a Powertech BRV5. It should be here in a week or so, ready to see how it does. And for what its worth, I only had 50-60 hours on the prop when it...
I'm pretty sure they're all at the prop. I know Hydrotec's numbers are at the prop, so it would only make sense that Nizpro's are as well.
You can get a shorter sidewall on the 15" tire to make the swap without any issues.
I used to have an old hand steer before the ultrex, and that was still an oddball to plane compared to my dad's. But I'm gonna try moving more weight behind the seats and see what I can do.
So, my dad and I have been confused for a while why our Strokers feel so different when we get them on plane. His jumps up and has considerably more bow lift than mine does. The setups are almost the...
