    You may want to try raising your jackplate 1/4" at a time until you can find a sweet spot. It should gain some rpms and a little speed

    I have the same setup but I'm running a powertech TSO 19p which does have a slightly smaller diameter. 13.375 if I'm not mistaken. It does decent but will blowout if trimmed too high or tight turns....
