both of those gauges do the same thing on my boat as well ,, your water pressure gauge froze... it will still werk,, the trim gauge isnt hurt ,, mine sticks also .. i just tap the glass after...

fuel pumps and clean your O2 ..... you'll see a small part that looks like a small bar bell , once you remove the sensor itself ... ease it out with a small hook type tool ... clean it good as well...

Check the 3 fuel pumps on the passenger side of the engine ,, diaphram might have a small tear . Also how old is your cranking battery ? I had the same type surging problem .... My cranking battery...
