I plan on selling my tin boat in the near future. I see boats adds with boat registration and license numbers blacked out in their pictures. Then there are alot of boats with no blackened out numbers...

The dude at the Post Office told me to figure out the postage (in this case for a 88” rod) and add $15.00. It seems that the $15.00 extra is for packages over a certain length.
