My floater measures 18'10" so just 2 inches shy of the x19. I'm not sure of the early 2000s era 19s if they were .125 or .100 ga, mine is the latter.
I've checked the...

Hello. I have a 2003 Merc XR6 150...serial OT631718.
I was reading around here and scream-and-fly and the manual, and it seems the 150, 175, and 200 are essentially the same motors but just tuned...
Yea, see if you can find a rental cherry-picker/engine hoist. That's what i used to lift motor and install jackplate; did it all by myself.....very simple.....if you can change car oil, this aint...
I dunno if this matters, but I guess the "oddball" of the group is the X70. It is the designated "X" series but yet retained the "H" deck layout without the extended deck to the console. I know so...
Those legend tournaments are awesome. I have a walleye spinning series that's my 'go-to' for river fishin'.
Well today i checked over what i have touched and everything seemed ok. it was just strange how everything was working flawlessly and then all of a sudden didn't.
Hooked it up to earmuffs and...

Curious to know too.
What length hoses should i get for my X70 (18'10")?
14' or 16'?

does it 'drag' on the water when you're full speed? or does it lift out of water when it is jacked up?
this location seems a helluv-alawt better then the traditional star board...
have you checked fuel pump? could be old gas lines causing clogged fuel pump when accelerating and under load.
