Try a hyd jackplate and raise you motor up and down and play with diff props till you can git the most out of what you got I gained almost 6 mph. With the pro max you should be turnimg 5600 rpm's ...

If your motor came with the same instructions mine did you have a long way to go before WOT LOL I never knew how long 4 tanks of gas could take for break in but its worth it
