I would also order the newer style clips from Ranger to slide on the frame of the trailer. This allows the bunk to "float" on the frame and not put as much stress on the fender screws.

Maybe he means the carpeted fender bunks. They can be problematic with the original design. I replaced mine with screws around the fender and new clips for the frame.
